Sottobosco is a cooperative born in San Benedetto del Tronto, in the Piceno area of the Marche region in Italy. We connect small local producers with people who care about what they eat, and we believe that today’s food choices build tomorrow’s sustainable community.
Our producers work with respect for the land, and every product tells where it comes from and who makes it. Pasta, jams, passata, preserves and condiments: simple, honest food from our territory.
